The trend for Native Hawaiian students follows the trend for all students—a steady increase in the percentage of students reporting monthly use as they move into the upper grades.

The trend for Native Hawaiian students is slightly different—after 8th grade, a slightly smaller percentage of Native Hawaiian students (compared to the general student population) report using tobacco in the past month.
